1.      

All Bid/Application documents can be inspected and obtained from the Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit Office-Buliisa, +256772-493451. From 09:00 – 17:00hours, during working days.

2.      

 Non-refundable fee payable to Buliisa District General Fund Account– 9030005689189, Stanbic Bank – Buliisa will be as follows; Open Domestic Bidding, Civil and Other Works- UGX 150,000/=, and Frame Work Contracts- Supply of Goods and Services-UGX 100,000/= 

3.      

Site visit certificate is a MUST

4.      

Bids/ Application must be delivered to Head, Procurement and Disposal Unit on or before Friday, December 15, 2023 at 11:30am, late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’ representatives who choose to attend in   Buliisa Resource Center at 12:10pm.
