1. Buliisa District Local Government has acquired and allocated funds to be used for construction works Under PRDP, PAF, SFG, and LGMSD.

 

2. Buliisa District Local Government invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the following works/ Services;-

 3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Bidding  procedures contained in the Local Governments (Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets) regulations, 2006, and is open to all bidders.

 

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. (8(a)) From 09:00 – 17:00hours, during working days

 

5. Bidding documents in English may be purchased by Interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(a) and upon payment of a non refundable fee of UGX 100,000= to Buliisa District General

Fund Account– 9030005689189, Stanbic Bank – Buliisa.

 

6. Bids must be page numbered properly and delivered at the address below in 8(c) at or before Wednesday, September 30th, 2015 at 11:30am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at No. 8(d) on Wednesday, September 30th, 2015 at 12:10 Pm.

 

7. There shall be a pre-bid meeting /site visit at Buliisa District Board Room on Tuesday, September 22nd , 2015 at 11:00 am.

 

8. (a). Bid documents may be inspected at; PDU Office-Buliisa, +256772-429015

(b). Bid documents will be issued from: As in No. 8(a) above

(c). Bids must be delivered to: As in No. 8(a) above.

(d). Address of bid opening: Buliisa District Board Room.
